Makes provision for the extradition of persons from the Solomon Islands to another country and provides for the extradition procedures.

The Deportation (Amendment) Act 1999 (Act No. 9 of 1999). -

Repeals and replaces sections 5 (service of deportation orders) and 6 (detention in custody) of the Act (Cap. 58) and amends sections 7 and 11.
