Part II sets forth general duties, including the responsibility of employers to ensure safety at the workplace. Part III covers specific duties, such as protection from harmful susbtances, safe use of machinery, pressure and vacuum systems, and fire prevention. Part IV provides for the issuance of codes of practice.
