An Act to provide for redundancy payments and pension benefits for long service; to require employers to provide written particulars of terms of employment and insure against liability for injury or disease suffered by their employees; to amend the Labour Act; and for connected purposes. No. 1. Numerous amendments, inter alia, to the Labour Act, of which Parts V (Recruitment of workers,) VI (Written contracts of employment) and VII (Forced labour) are repealed.
