    The Act sets out the framework for the care and protection of children, including those that are (or are at risk of) being exploited sexually or subject to hazardous labour. The definition of “hazardous or exploitive labour”, in relation to a child, includes any work that:
    (a) is inappropriate for the child’s age; or
    (b) is hazardous to the child’s physical or mental health; or
    (c) impairs the child’s education and moral development.
