Penal Code 2003. -

The SPLA Act 2003 applies in the following regions: Central, Eastern and Western Equatoria, Jongley, Lakes, Northern and Western Bahr el Ghazal, Unity, Upper Nile and Warab governed by the Autonomous Government of Southern Sudan. Repeals the Penal Code 1994.
