    Article 3(6) of the benefits system between the civil and military retirement system and the social security system issued in Royal decree No. 53/M of 20/09/2003 is amended in order to set out the rules for cases were a person is retired from the military and also works as a civil servant. Several rules are set for the way the final pension benefits should be calculated.
