    This MOU intends to enhance and improve the cooperation between the two governments in the field of technical and vocational training.     The Council Of Ministers Decree No. 268 on the Legal Framework for the Public Institution of Technical Training.

    Adoption: 2006-01-01 | Date of entry into force: 2006-01-01 | SAU-2006-R-78866

    Establishes a new public institution for technical training. Its mission is to train civil servants and build capacities to provide education to the public and private sectors.
