    Adds a fourth part to section 65 concerning the possibility for the Government to transfer public holidays some other days, joining them with the next non-working days. Repealed by Labour Code of 30 December 2001.

    Ordinance No 123 to clarify several questions relating to the rules of granting of additional leave provided for by the legislation in force.

    Ordinance No. 18 to clarify the procedure of reduction of annual paid leave in the event of unjustified absence.

    Provides that if the worker is absent without any reason during a continuous period or a disjointed period over 3 hours during a working day, leave shall be reduced.

    Ordinance No. 272 of 24 April 1992 to establish the professional list of workers in locomotive teams and the functions of several categories of workers of railway and subway transports that benefit of the right to pension in relation with special labour conditions.
