    Supplements Chapter 27 with new articles: article 181.1 on severance pay, compensation and other payments to employees in certain cases of termination of employment contracts, article 349.3 on limiting the amounts of severance pay, compensation and other payments to employees in certain cases of termination of employment contracts; also introduces wording changes to articles 178 (Severance Benefits), 181 (Guarantees for the head of organization, his deputies and the chief accountant in case of termination of employment in connection with the change of ownership of the organization's assets), 279 (Guarantees for the head of organization in case of termination of employment contract).
    Repeals the terms of employment contracts signed before the entry into force of this law regarding certain categories of workers mentioned in article 349.3 of the law.

    Amends, inter alia, the Labour Code by adding a new chapter 49.1 (Special Procedures for Remote Workers) as well as new articles 312.1 (General Provisions), 312.2 (employment contracts for remote work), 312.3 (organization and protection of employment of remote workers), 312.4 (work and rest time of remote workers), 312.5 (termination of employment contracts of remote work).

  5. Russian Federation - Labour contracts - Regulation, Decree, Ordinance

    Ordinance No. 135 of 14 July 1993 to adopt the Recommendation on the conclusion of labour contract in writing and fixing a model of labour contract.

    Specifies that the parties of the contract are the employer (legal person or individual) and the worker (any citizen aged more than 16-exceptionally 15), and provides that the contract can be concluded for an undetermined period, a determined period of 5 years maximum or for the performance of a specific task. Provides that the contract can not set forth dismissal conditions, disciplinary measures, nor responsibilities not previewed by the legislation, and that the contract cannot establish procedures of disputes settlement not provided for. Annexed is a model of labour contract.
