    Also amends Labour Code, namely rephrases part 6 of article 136 (Wage payment procedure, place and time terms); also rephrases article 236 which now reads: "Material liability of employer for late payment of wage and other payments due to employees"; supplements article 392 (Terms of applying to the court for the resolution of an individual labor dispute) with new part 2.
    Also amends article 29 (Jurisdiction at the choice of plaintiff) Civil Procedure Code making minor wording changes.

    Ordinance No. 147 to adopt the Regulations on the payment of an employment allowance to workers of enterprises and organizations performing geological researches for their work on the ground.

    Ordinance No. 135 of 14 July 1993 to adopt the Recommendation on the conclusion of labour contract in writing and fixing a model of labour contract.

    Specifies that the parties of the contract are the employer (legal person or individual) and the worker (any citizen aged more than 16-exceptionally 15), and provides that the contract can be concluded for an undetermined period, a determined period of 5 years maximum or for the performance of a specific task. Provides that the contract can not set forth dismissal conditions, disciplinary measures, nor responsibilities not previewed by the legislation, and that the contract cannot establish procedures of disputes settlement not provided for. Annexed is a model of labour contract.

    Ordinance No. 153 on the procedure of calculation of the average remuneration of several categories of intellectual workers.
