    According to article 5.1 of the Law "On State Benefits to Citizens with Children", establishes the "Provision on Calculation of Average Wage (Income, Financial Welfare) in Case of Appointment of Allowance for Pregnancy, Child Birth and Monthly Allowance for Child Care for Certain Categories of Citizens". The Provision establishes the categories of citizen who are eligible for allowances mentioned in the title, such as women, mothers who carry out military service by contract (paragraphs a, b), mothers/fathers/trustees carrying out childcare, released from work in the period of maternity leave for childcare because of liquidation of organization or other reasons. Also establishes, inter alia, the procedures of calculation of amounts of monthly average wages and allowances.
