Federal Law No.1402 of 18 December 2014 on the Establishment of the Coefficient of Indexation of the Amount of the Monthly Insurance Payment for Compulsory Social Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases. -

With the aim of implementation of article 12 of the Law "On Compulsory Social Insurance against Industrial Accidents and Occupational Diseases" the RF Government establishes that beginning with 1 January 2015 the amount of the monthly insurance payment for compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases, appointed before 1 January 2015, is 1,055. Also orders the Fund of Social Insurance to make recalculation of monthly social payments for compulsory social insurance.
