The Act determines a way of computing the minimum basic remuneration of employees, performing medical professions at healthcare institutions, taking into account a type of activity carried out.
Annex: coefficient of work for various professional groups, according to qualifications required for the position held.

The Regulation sets out the following rules:
1) adaptation intern program for foreigners applying for the right to practice as a nurse or midwife;
2) manner and procedure of placement and final examination;
3) detailed scope of reference of professional nurses and midwives in the period of apprenticeship; and
4) conditions to be met by therapeutic entity in which the intern program takes place.
