Regulates functions, tasks, composition and procedures of Tripartite Commission for Socio-Economic Issues. Tasks of the Commission include maintaining social dialogue in the field of remuneration and social benefits. Employees' party to the Commission shall be represented by representatives of trade union organisations. Determines representative trade union organisations. Also provides for establishment of voivodship social dialogue commissions.

The Committee is an organ for common action of Polish central administration organs, Polish employer organisations and workers' organisations. The Ordinance determines the structure, functioning and powers of the Commitee. The Commitee may deliver advisory opinions regarding draft conventions and recommendation and agenda items of the International Labour Conference.
