1) detailed rules and procedures for financing the professional rehabilitation of persons in prison;
2) detailed rules, procedures and deadlines for the payment of a lump sum for the increased cost of employment of prisoners;
3) detailed rules, procedures and deadlines for loans and grants for the entities employing prisoners.

Act of 25 April 2008, concerning the ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings, done in Warsaw on 16 May 2005 (Text No. 626).

The Act certifies that the President of Poland is authorised to ratify the Convention, and implements the Convention into Polish law.
