Amendments to the Act on activities of public interest and voluntary work concern:
-improving the procedure of information exchange between Minister in charge of social matters and court register
-clarification of submitting annual reports for a year, in which status of public benefit organisation is lost
-deadline for submitting annual reports
-improving the process of creation a register of public benefit organisation, entitled to receive 1 per cent of income tax
-diversification of income sources for Public Benefits Organisations Support Fund.

Amendment to the Article 86f. Prior to entry or relocation of foreigner, Head of the Office consults Chief Commander of Border Guards, Chief Commander of Police, Head of Inner Security Agency, whether the entry may pose a threat to the defense or security of the state or to public order.

The Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence has been ratified by the President of Poland and its binding power starts from the 1st of August 2015.

Amends the Act of 15 July 1987 on the Ombudsman for Civic Rights, Article 20: the spokesperson is allowed to appoint and dismiss three deputies.

Amends the Act of 6 January 2000 on the Ombudsman for Child Rights, Article 13: the spokesperson is allowed to appoint and dismiss deputies.

Regulates 1) public interest activities by non governmental organisations; 2) requirements for obtaining public interest status by non governmental organisations; 3) surveilliance of such activities. Furthermore regulates requirements on providing services by volunteers.

Declaration of 28 October 1998 on the ratification by the Republic of Poland of Protocol No. 11 to the Convention on the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms restructuring the supervisory machinery established thereby, done at Strasbourg on 11 May 1994.

States that Poland ratified the Protocol No. 11 to the European Convention on Human Rights. The Protocol shall be binding upon Poland as of 1 November 1998.

Law on the Protection of Personal Data, 1997.

Deals with various aspects of data protection. Chapter 2 provides for supervisory authority for data protection, Chapter 3 for principles of personal data processing, and Chapter 4 for rights of the data subject. Chapters 5 and 6 regulate protection and registration of personal data filing systems. Chapter 7 deals with transfer of personal data to third countries, and Chapter 8 with sanctions.

Provides for the annulment of court sentences delivered for political crimes and offences committed between 31 August 1980 and 29 May 1989 during strikes and street demonstrations or in relation with underground publications and collection of funds for prohibited organisations.
