    - Act of 14 June 1960 on the Code of Administrative Procedure;
    - Act of August 29, 1997 on the Tax Code;
    - Act of 24 August 2001 on the Code of Practice for petty offences;
    - Act of 30 August 2002 on proceedings before administrative courts;
    - Act of 28 November 2003 on substitute service;
    - Act of 29 January 2004 on Public Procurement; and
    - Act of 28 July 2005 on court fees in civil cases.

    Repeals the Decree of 26 October 1950 on the claims of witnesses, experts and parties in court proceedings (Journal of Laws No. 49, item. 445, of 2004 No. 273, item. 2702, of 2009 No. 221, item. 1739 and of 2011 No. 72, item. 389).

    Regulation of 9 February 2004 of the Minister of Justice on employment of condemned persons (Text No. 242).

    Makes provision for principles on remunerated employment of condemned persons, principles of non-remunerated employment, basis for remuneration of condemned persons employed for cleaning and helping in prison service units, principles on granting sick leave and rest leave and principles on justification of periods not worked. Provides that a written agreement is required for work of the condemned person and basic principles on employment relationship are binding. Provides also for a minimum wage.

    Order No. 727 of 25 August 1998 of the Minister of Justice on specific conditions of employment of convicted persons.

    Defines conditions of employment and remuneration of convicted persons. Provides, inter alia, that convicted persons can only be employed upon the agreement of the head of the penitentiary and on the basis of a work contract. Available in English.

    Stipulates that conditions of employment of persons deprived of liberty shall be regulated by the Polish Criminal Code. Inter alia, provides rules for setting up factories or places of work within penal institutions. Also sets forth remuneration and working standards to be applied while employing persons deprived of liberty.
