No. 7432), in particular concerning the declaration of policies and objectives, privileges for senior citizens, government assistance, the Office of Senior Citizen Affairs, municipal/city responsibility, partnership of national and local government units, support for NGOs and penalties for violation of the Act.

The centers shall develop training and work schemes for senior citizens and assist in the delivery of health and social services.
