The Act provides for the payment by certain classes of employers to their workers or their legal heirs of compensation for injury or death by accident. Repeals the Workmen Compensation Act, 1923 (Act No.VIII of 1923) and Employers¿ Liability Act, 1938 (Act No.XXIV of 1938) in so far as they apply to the Province of Sindh.
