Establishes the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority in the Province of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Its role is to impart technical education and vocational skills through institutions under its administrative and regulatory control based on syllabi acceptable internationally. It is to be accredited with national and international institutions, responsive to the market needs and provide nationally and internationally acceptable hands on experience to its trainees.

Repeals the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Agency Ordinance, 2002 (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ordinance No. XXXIII of 2002).
