National HIV and AIDS Strategic Framework 2007–2012. -

The purpose of the Strategic Framework was "translating the National Policy on HIV and AIDS by providing strategic guidance to the planning of programmes, projects and interventions by various stakeholders”. In 2011, the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination was devolved to the provinces.
