An Act to re-enact the existing law relating to the regulation of labour in factories with regard to its application to the province of Balochistan. Repeals the Pakistan Factories Act, 1934 (XXV of 1934) as far is it applies to Balochistan.

The Balochistan Shops and Establishments Act 2021, Act No. XVII of 2021. -

The Act re-enacts the existing law relating to shops and establishments with regard to its application to the Province of Balochistan, in accordance with the situation, conditions and requirements of the province. It repeals the West Pakistan Shops and Establishments Ordinance 1969 (No. 8) in as far as it applies to Balochistan.
