    This Fishing Vessel Decree was initially established in accordance with the guidelines (Nr.93/103/EG) of the Council of the European Community of 23 November 1993 and now is entered into force for the Netherlands Antilles on 1 November 1996.     The Netherlands Antilles and Aruba join herewith the minimum regulations for safety and health as established by the European Union. This follows from the decree of 4 October 1995 (Stb. 516 of the Netherlands) concerning the timeframe of entry into force of the decree of 1 September 1995, concerning amendments of the Fishing Vessel Decree in connection with the Guidelines No.93/103/EG of the Council of the European Community of 23 November 1993 (Pb.EG L 307) (Stb.456). This Publicatieblad (Pb) follows the most recent amendment to the Fishing Vessel Decree which is published in Pb. No.66 of the same date as the above.

    Decree of 15 April 1996 amending the Fishing Vessel Decree following the decree of 1 September 1995 (Stb. 456 of the Netherlands) in accordance with the minimum regulations for occupational safety and health as established by the Council of the European Community in Guidelines No. 93/103/EG on 23 November 1993 (Pb.EG L 307).

    For the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba, the Fishing Vessel Decree is amended to conform with the regulations of the European Union in accordance with the adoption of these same regulations by the Netherlands in 1995. This decree is followed by the Publicatieblad No.67 (15 April 1996) which enters the above into force.

    Decree of 17 August 1995 to amend the Mining Regulation of 1964 and the Continental Shelf Mining Regulation

    Concerns the safety and health of employees in the mining exploitation industry and brings amendments to the Mining Regulation ("Mr64") (Stb.538, 1964) and the Mining Regulation Continental Plate/Shelf ("Mrcp") (Stb.83, 1983; both last amended in Stb.164, 1995-03-22). The present amendments follow those of 1992-11-02 and of 1989-06-12 and adjust minimum safety and health regulations according to European Union laws.

    Decree of 4 February 1995 to amend mining regulations of 1964 concerning safety standards and warnings regarding occupational hazards.

    Implements EC Directive 92/57/EEC of 24 June 1994 concerning the minimum prescriptions with respect to safety and health at temporary and mobile construction sites. Deals with general obligations concerning construction sites and the design of buildings. Addresses all parties in the construction process, inter alia employers, employees, self-employed, principals and designers. Available in English with explanatory memorandum.
