    This act provides for the detailed regulations regarding holidays and leave-of-absence from work, salary scales, and other aspects of the conditions of work and the payment of benefits. This Law will be referred to as the Legal Position Law Practitioners Act ("Wet rechtspositie rechterlijke ambtenaren"). (See also the Staatsblad No. 616 of 13 December 1996 which establishes the entry into force, and No. 617 of 14 December 1996 which completes the above Act.)

    Sets forth hours of work for casino employees and exempts them from provisions of the Labor Decree prohibiting night work for women. There shall be no difference between the payment of men and women.
