Also regulates structure and internal procedures of Commission.

    Amends the Civil Service (Re-organisation) Decree 1988 to provide that lawyers, legal officers, state counsel and legal advisers employed or deployed as such officers in the civil service of the Federation shall be regarded as officers in the Federal Ministry of Justice and subject only to the management and control of the Federal Ministry of Justice.
