    Prohibits the use of a number of substances for certain purposes. Inter alia, prohibits the use of white phosphorous in the production of matches; benzene, carbon disulphide, n-Hexane and carbon tetrachloride in cleaning and degreasing; and the general use of crocidolite and substances containing 4-Aminodiphenyl, benzidine, 2-Naphthylamine, and 4-Nitrodiphenyl.
