    Inserts a new s. 30 into the Law on Social Insurance of 1994, which stipulates that insured persons born after 1 January 1960 shall have a personal account for pension insurance premium. Repeals and re-enacts with certain modifications paragraphs 1,2,3,4 of s. 27 which provide for the establishment of the National Council on Social Insurance, and defines its composition and mandate.
