    Repeals the government resolution No. 55 of 1997 on Minimum Living Standards.

    Repeals Government Resolutions of 1997 and 1998, and established new coefficient for calculating pensions, benefits, wages and similar income. Sets the minimum rate of pension and benefit to be paid from the Social Security Fund at 16,000 tugriks (national currency of Mongolia), and the minimum rate of apportioned pensions and benefits at 10,000 tugriks.
