Provides for detailed procedures for labour arbitration to settle collective labour disputes. Aim of arbitration is to reconcile parties of dispute, and to issue recommendation. Law of Mongolia on Non-Governmental Organisations. - Adoption: 1997-02-06 | MNG-1997-L-57969 Comprehensive legislation on non-governmental organisations. Is applicable to all non-governmental organisations except political parties, trade unions, churches and monasteries. Chapter 1 deals with establishment, dissolution and participation in non-government organisations, and with relations between state bodies and non-governmental organisations. Chapter 2 sets forth general requirements for non-governmental organisations. Chapter 3 regulates registration, Chapter 4 finances, Chapter 5 reporting requirements, and Chapter 6 violations of this law.
