    Repeals and Replaces Labour Law of 1991 and Law on Settlement of Collective Labour Disputes of 1993. Basic law on labour relations. Consists of 15 Chapters. Chapter 2 governs collective contracts and agreements, Chapter 3 deals with labour contracts, Chapter 4 with remuneration. Chapter 5 with hours of work and rest. Chapter 6 provides for working conditions, labour safety and sanitation standards, Chapter 7 deals with employment of women. Chapter 8 concerns employment of minors, disabled persons, dwarfs and elderly people. Chapter 9 governs employment of foreign citizens and citizens working in foreign business entities or organisations. Chapter 10 makes provision for collective bargaining, Chapter 11 regulates settlement of individual labour disputes, Chapter 12 deals with internal labour regulations, labour discipline and material liability, Chapter 13 deals with management and organisation of labour, and Chapter 14 provides for labour monitoring.
