Article 1. Add "transportation and other" before the "means" in the Article 49.2 and "theft of considerable number of livestock" after "caused a significant damage" in the Article 145.2 of the Criminal Code of Mongolia.
Article 2. Amend Article 71.1 of the Criminal Code of Mongolia as "The court may reveal from a criminal liability a person who has committed for the first time a minor or a less serious crime other than in the Article 145.1 /Stealing of other's property/, reconciled with the victim, redressed completely the damage caused by the renounced and recovered causes of the damage."
Article 3. The Amendment to the Criminal Code of Mongolia shall apply from the date of entry into force "The Law in Combating and Prevention of Livestock Theft".

The law consists of six articles. Article 1 defines the objectives of the the present law, article 2 indicates the legislation regulating this kind of employment, article 3 provides the reasons and cases where enforced labour is imposed, articles 4 and 5 concern the principle, rules and procedures to be followed when imposing enforced labour.

Chapter 5 with hours of work and rest. Chapter 6 provides for working conditions, labour safety and sanitation standards, Chapter 7 deals with employment of women. Chapter 8 concerns employment of minors, disabled persons, dwarfs and elderly people. Chapter 9 governs employment of foreign citizens and citizens working in foreign business entities or organisations. Chapter 10 makes provision for collective bargaining, Chapter 11 regulates settlement of individual labour disputes, Chapter 12 deals with internal labour regulations, labour discipline and material liability, Chapter 13 deals with management and organisation of labour, and Chapter 14 provides for labour monitoring.

Inter alia, defines legal status of minors (full legal status is attained at age 18) and legal status of companies, partnerships and cooperatives. Part Two covers property law, including intellectual property, land ownership, and public property. Section 140 guarantees Mongolian citizens the right to private property. Part Three regards general principles of obligations, including contracts and performance of obligations, fines and other remedies, and consumer rights. Part IV relates to contractual liability; Part V covers non-contractual liability, including personal damages and damages awarded to persons losing their ability to work.
