The Law amending the Union of Myanmar University Education Law, 1973 (Law No. 4/98).

Adoption: 1998-03-25 | MMR-1998-L-72868

Amends sections 2, 3, 5 and 8 of the 1973 Law with minor amendments. It also amends section 8(a) and (b) by replacing the provisions with new provisions concerning the composition of the University Central Council. Section 9(a) and (b) are amended with relation to the formation and composition of the Council of University Academic Bodies. Sections 9(c)(7) and 12 also have related amendments made to them.
