    Establishes the types and the amount of social assistance for pupils as well as the conditions and the procedure for granting social assistance and the funding thereof. Applies to pupils who study at general education schools, vocational schools, pre-school education schools or with any other education provider (except for a freelance teacher) according to general education (primary, basic, secondary or special education) curricula or pre-primary curricula.

    Establishes a list of jobs and conditions considered as dangerous or too arduous for young workers. Defines employers' obligations for conditions of work of young workers (occupational safety and hygiene, rest periods, hours of work) and employment conditions (minimum age, vocational training, labour contract, parents' agreement, medical examination).

    Provides for basic guarantees of children's rights protection, basic rights and liberties of the child, the child and the family, disabled child, the child and the school, the child and labour (Part VI, sections 39 to 42 contains general provisions on child labour, occupational safety, reservation of workplaces to orphans or other children, protection of children from labour exploitation), the child and the social sphere, basic obligations of the child and control of his attitude, responsibilities for violation of children's rights, system of institutions for the protection of children's rights.

    Decree No. 1315 of 23 December 1994 on the procedure of patent attribution.

    Provides, inter alia, for patent rights for private enterprises and social associations which do not have the right of legal entity, establishes average prices for patents, according to the type of activity (reduction of 50 per cent for enterprises founded by invalids, old-age pensioners and persons with children aged less than 16).
