Article 1 sets the scope of the law; Article 2 introduces the procedure for calculating and paying reimbursement of the losses of remuneration/salary; Article 3 sets the source of financing of repayable sums.

being aware, inter alia, that the states, which support the purchase of sexual services, prostitution and trafficking in human beings, encounter the violation of human rights and the increase in crime;
proposes to the Government:
1) to submit to the Seimas for ratification the United Nations Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and of the Exploitation of the Prostitution of Others;
2) to submit amendments to the Criminal Code criminalizing the purchase of services of prostitution, pornography or other forms of sexual exploitation;
3) to submit amendments to Article 1821 of the Code of Administrative Offences regarding the abolishing of administrative liability for engagement in prostitution;
4) to create an interdepartmental working group to prepare a program for re-socialization, rehabilitation and reintegration of sex workers.

Law No. XII-828 of 17 April 2014 "On the Euro Adoption in the Republic of Lithuania". - Adoption: 2014-04-17 | Date of entry into force: 2014-07-23 | LTU-2014-L-99555 Establishes, inter alia, the main concepts, categories, the euro adoption process, the legal grounds and principles of exchange of the national currency- litas- to the euro, provision with banknotes and coins, their distribution, destruction and exchange; also defines the wage rates in euro and litas, payment and conversion of social benefits, references to the litas and other related amounts in legal instruments, display of prices and other amounts in euro and in litas; deals with the adaptation of accounting, tax payment and declarations to the euro adoption, use of litas and euro after the adoption of euro.
Also, by this law, the Seimas proposes to the Government of Lithuania, inter alia, to prepare and submit to the Seimas drafts of laws and other legal acts related to the implementation of this Law, develop and submit draft legal acts which establish the amounts related to wages of politicians, judges, state officials and civil servants, pensions, social benefits set in litas.
Article 32 enters into force on the date when the European Council makes a decision to abrogate the derogation of the Republic of Lithuania under Article 140(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

to hold a mandatory referendum on the amendment of Articles 9, 47 and 147 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania; to establish that the referendum will be held on 29 June 2014;
to present for the referendum the draft of the Law amending articles 9 (paras 1, 3), 47 and 147 (para 1) of the Constitution.
Also establishes, that the Seimas within two months from the adoption of this Law at the referendum, lay down by a constitutional law the procedure for and conditions of the implementation of Article 47 of the Constitution.
Article 2 of this Law shall enter into force two months after the adoption of this Law at the referendum.
