    Establishes the Wages Advisory Board, appoints the Chairperson (P.S. Ministry of Labour and Employment), deputy Chairperson (Deputy Principal Secretary) and the Secretary (Labour Commissioner) of the Board. Also contains representatives of employers and workers. The Board shall hold office for 4 years. Repeals the 2003 Notice (L.N. No. 77 of 2003).

    Provides for minimum basic wages in respect of employees specified in the Schedule. Based on recommendations from the Wages Advisory Board established by the Labour Code Order No. 24 of 1992 (L.N. No. 60 of 1994).

    Concerns inter alia civil jurisdiction, execution of judgements and appeals. Provides that salary or wages may be attached where the court is satisfied "that sufficient means will, after satisfaction of the order, be left to the judgement debtor to maintain himself and those dependent on him" (s. 45). Repeals the Subordinate Courts Proclamation (P. 58 of 1938).

    Act to provide for the administration of moneys remitted to Lesotho under the terms of contracts of foreign service entered into by citizens of Lesotho, and for connected purposes. Repeals the Deferred Pay Act 1974 and the Employment (Deferred Pay) Regulations 1974.
