    Spray Painting Regulations 1996 (L.N. No. 138 of 1996).

    Adoption: 1996-11-15 | LSO-1996-R-45797

    Regulates the use of spray paint in establishments, ventilation requirements and precautions against fire. Requires employers to provide respiratory equipment when necessary. Schedules I and II list toxic paint substances for the purposes of the regulations.
