Factories (Amendment) Act (No. 19 of 2002).

Amends section 68 of Factories Ordinance. Establishes that overtime worked by woman shall not exceed sixty hours per calendar month. Overtime worked by young person between the age of sixteen and eighteen shall not exceed fifty hours per month.

Sets forth conditions of employment for office and shop employees. Regulates hours of work, paid leave, rest periods, meals, lighting, and ventilation. No person under the age of 14 may be employed in a shop or office (s. 10).
