Covers scope, organisation, financing, benefit (retirement, death, invalidity, severance), etc. Repeals the Act of 17 November 1982 on pension insurance and savings banks for civil servants, government employees and teachers (LGBl. 1983, No. 6, as last published in LGBl. 1987, No. 35), the Ordinance of 9 October 1984 on that subject (LGBl. 1985, No. 2) and the Ordinance of 31 May 1977 (LGBl. 1977, No. 33).
