Chapter II concerns the post of the Governor-General; Chapter III the Parliament; Chapter IV the Executive. Regulations affecting the public service, including teachers, are set forth in Chapter VI. Chapter VII governs citizenship and Chapter VIII provides judicial provisions. Existing laws shall remain in effect unless modified or abrogated (Schedule 2, s. 2).
