    In part II the Act makes provision with respect to the territorial sea (sects. 3-4), Internal Waters (sect. 5), Contiguous Zone (6), Continental Shelf (7), Exclusive Economic Zone (8-9). Parts III and IV define the rights of St. Lucia in respect of the maritime areas and allowed and prohibited activities in those areas. (31 sections)
