Minimum Wage (Amendment) Act 2006 (No. 26 of 2006). Adoption: 2006-05-21 | LCA-2006-L-73949 Amends section 2 of the principal Act by replacing it with a new text on the fixing of minimum wages. Allows the Minister to fix a minimum wage for workers generally or specific classes of workers. There is also a minor amendment to section 12 through the deletion of the word "shall" after the word "organization".
