    Labour Code (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 6 of 2011).

    Adoption: 2011-05-03 | LCA-2011-L-90256

    Changes the title of the Act by replacing "Code" with "Act" and also amends all other sections where "Code" is mentioned and replaces this with "Act". Also amends the following sections: 2, 18, 23, 30, 31, 59, 90, 95, 95A, 100, 106, 122, 134, 135, 140, 150, 165, 247, 263, 267, 285, 287, 289, 304, 358, 363, 367, 380, 402, 407. Following the adoption of these amendments by the parliament, the Government published the date for the entry into force of the 2006 Labour Act.
