Ministerial Order No. 314 of 1993 concerning officials responsible for labour inspection and for other tasks assigned to them

Empowers labour inspection officials to inspect places of work in view of determining whether or not the labour code and related instruments are being enforced, and whether or not rules governing migrant workers are being observed. The inspectors are also required to probe roaming workers in order to determine the legality of their situation.
