Section 1:
The last paragraph of section 2 of Order No. 2 of 2003 is replaced as follows:
"All the minima provided for in this section are increased at the same proportion as the pension wages after 1/8/2010 in compliance with section 9(1) of Act No. 25/2001 referred to".

Section 2:
"This Order enters into force on 1/5/2011 after its publication in the Official Gazette".

Kuwaitis working in the civil service are given a 25 per cent increase through a social allowance.
