Order No.41 of 1995 of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour to restructure the High Consultative Commission on Labour Affairs

The Commission, having tripartite membership, is responsible inter alea for delivering opinions on labour legislation and making recomendations for related rules and regulations. The Order contains summary rules of procedure for the meetings of the Commission. All provisions of Ministerial Order No. 6 (to organize the High Consultative Commission for Labour Affairs) that are inconsistent with the new Order are repealed.
