    An Act to make provision respecting Government Auxiliary Employees, formerly know as Non-Established Workers, so as to streamline and coordinate their appointment, terms and conditions of employment, discipline and dismissal, and for that purpose to establish the government Auxiliary Employees' Commission; and to make provision extending pension coverage to such employees.

    Amends section 3 of the Police Act, No. 6 of 2003
    (a) in subsection (2), replacing the expression "Assistant Commissioner of Police, such number of Superintendents" with the expression "such number of Assistant Commissioners of Police, Superintendents"; and
    (b) in subsection (4), replacing it as follows:
    "(4) The Police Force shall, for the purposes of administration, be divided into three divisions, constituted and established as follows.
    (a) Saint Christopher Division 'A' located in the island of Saint Christopher;
    (b) Saint Christopher Division 'B' located in the island of Saint Christopher;
    (c) Nevis Division 'C' located in the island of Nevis.".
