The Act provides for the conservation, management, development and sustainable use of fisheries resources in the territorial waters of St. Christopher and Nevis. Regulates fishing vessels registered in St. Christopher and Nevis in and beyond the territorial waters of the country. Repeals the Fisheries Act, 1984.
