    Pensions (Amendment) Act, 2012 (No. 13 of 2012).

    Amends the Pensions Act (Cap. 22.06). Converts the Act into Parts with "Part I - Preliminary" comprising of sections 1 and 2, "Part II - Pension Grants" comprising of sections 3 to 23 and inserts a new "Part III - Contributory Pension Plan" sections 24-55, "Part IV - Widows', Widowers' and Children's Pensions" sections 56-60, and "Part V - Application of Act to Government Agencies" sections 61-64. Includes a new Second Schedule (Investment of Moneys of the Fund) and Third Schedule (Provision Relating to the Operation of the Board).

    Social Security (Relief of SSMC Pensioners) Act, 2005 (No. 22 of 2005).

    Provides relief for pensioners formerly under the St Kitts Sugar Manufacturing Corporation (SSMC) pensions scheme, which was extinguished as a consequence of the closure of the Sugar Industry in July 2005, by making provision for them under the Social Security Pension Scheme.
