Rephrases Article 12 (Procedure of providing financial support by competent public authorities to the officially registered unemployed, who are willing to undertake entrepreneurial activity), Article 15 (Procedure of appellation against activities of competent public authority). Also makes changes in Article 13 (Withdrawal of the officially registered unemployed from registry), Article 16 (Organization of paid public works), Article 17 (Support to employers in providing employment), Article 18 (Rights of employers).
