No. 158] Adoption: 1977-06-06 | KEN-1977-R-28307 Pursuant to the Employment Act (No.2 of 1976), requires juveniles to produce medical certificate signed by a registered medical practitioner prior to employment upon a ship. Certificate to be valid for 1 year. Penalties for non compliance.
